Thank you for using the Devils Creek Wines website. Please read these terms and conditions to obtain information on our policies regarding deliveries, our terms of service and the collection of personal information by our winery.

Despatch and Delivery

We endeavor to despatch all of our wine orders within 48 hours of receiving your order and the payment details being finalised. In some instances the despatch time may be a little longer. If there is a substantial delay in sending your order, we will let you know.

Delivery charges are determined by the location of where it is to be delivered. All deliveries unless local are via Australia Post. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery will need to be signed for and identification is required. Delivery to capital cities is within 5 - 7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia) may take up to 12 working days.

Please note that we cannot accept instructions to contact you, as Australia Post couriers can not call prior to delivery.

For those who live locally, we use our local courier service.

All orders are insured against physical loss and damage whilst in transit. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your delivery.

All wine orders are insured against physical loss and damage while in transit. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your delivery.

Availability
Whilst we will endeavor to supply you with your requested wines, please understand all wines are available only while stocks last.

Packaging
All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes.

Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard and cheques. Where payment is by cheque, payment is not deemed to have been received until the cheque has been cleared by the bank.

Privacy Policy
Devils Creek Wines requires some of your personal details for the purpose of completing your order. We must have your name and a delivery address to which we send your order, plus a telephone number and an alternate form of contact detail (email, mobile, fax) so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.We only use these details within our business and only for the purpose of fulfilling your order with us. Your details will never be sold or released to a third party for any reason.If you choose, you can also sign up to receive our newsletter. If you do this, we will use your details to send you our newsletter. We can remove you from our newsletter list at any time upon request.

Liquor Compliance
It is an offence by law, to sell, supply or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.Membership to the wine club is restricted to persons over the age of 18 years. Credit card holders must be the principal membership holder of the wine club. You may be requested to supply proof of your age when purchasing wine from the winery.
